Hi, I’m Chana and I’m a clinical social worker and therapist with a passion for helping those in need.

There’s no need to filter your thoughts or feelings with me! I listen deeply and aim to get to know you exactly as you are today, in a space where you can be you.

You also don’t need to worry about knowing what to say, or having fully formed thoughts around how you’re feeling. You don't even need to know how to say what’s wrong!

Whether you’re struggling with new parenting issues, have difficult life decisions to make, or are stuck in anxiety or depression, you’ll experience a comforting, productive, supportive space with me. I’m happy to tell you that therapy really can make a difference in how you experience your life.

Hi there, I’m Elana and I’m a social worker with a background in public health.

As a therapist, I see a person in their whole environment—what has your life been like that's led you to this moment, and what can we change that may help take you forward?

I work collaboratively, listening to what's most important to you and sharing information and resources to guide you in your choices. I aim to help establish a sense of belonging and confidence. I help adults, children, and parents facing both everyday transitional moments as well as life-changing decisions.
